This research was conducted on MV. GENTA MARU, a company owned by TOEI REEFER LINE Ltd. For 1 year and 3 days, starting from January 13, 2023 to January 16, 2024. The data sources obtained were primary data directly from the research location by conducting observations and direct questions and answers with officers, crew members, especially the deck section, and literature related to the title of the thesis.
